Latest statement

El Fasher is under siege. Sudan's civilians are running out of time.

The RSF has cut off humanitarian access to El Fasher; the SAF has bombed civilian areas in Kordofan and Darfur. The UN Fact-Finding Mission has documented both as serious violations of international humanitarian law (OHCHR, September 2025).

The UN Security Council meets soon. France holds a seat. France has not yet asked for an ICC referral against either party.
